Call diverting to India & Philipines.

I am interested to outsource some business for call center, may be India or Philipines.

I am interested in the basic information as how the system works.

Need to know how the Calls are diverted to these countries (technically, which software, which system, Internet? or regular telephony? etc etc.)

and vice versa.

You need the folowing
1). At originating country
- phone/Free phone/primium number supplier
- The calls be terminated to Gws for VOIP
- VOIP require -Gws, Internet, Connection to Free phone supplier switch.
- A call management software for call diversion, alternate routing if Gws fails, or busy etc..

2). At the terminationg country- India/Philiphine
- Gws with Internet from Tier1 for quality terminations
- EPBX with feature for call center operation
- Voice recording
- Agent terminals(PC) with required software for the applcations.
- Telephone lines from Local Telecom operators fall back.

You will also get contacts of Consultants who will do feasibility studies and detailed project studies on your behalf and the type of work and recommend the best in India.

Last heard, you can even have a on-site visit to these outsourcing companies and have a real time check on the infrastructure and technology. This can all be arranged by the consultants.
