Call Centre Basics
Hi there,
I have just been employed as a call centre co-ordinator in the banking fraternity, the centre is inbound based and in essence is a retention centre. I am having endless problems with getting the leadership and agents to understnd and embrace call centre ideologies. I have now decided on a back-to-basics training programme that i'm putting together. Problem is i cannot find anything basic on most of the sites that i've surfed. Please if anybody has any information that would assist in this regard, please help Thanks |
