Training seminars in Asia or Australia

Hi!

I am currently working with a BPO company that has a small group that specializes in B2B Lead generation outbound calls.

We have just started and wanted some of our QA Personnnel and Supervisors to undergo trainings. Specifically on Leadership, Quality and/ or Coaching.

Do you know any trainings/public seminars slated for 2005 in Asia or Australia?

Will you please include costs and hotel recommendations on the site?

Greatly appreciate any info that any of you guys may share.
