Absenteeism - data gathering

Hi - this is a quick data gathering mission.....I am preparing
a presentation on call centers absenteeism results and wanted to compare my call center with others if possible...

Would you be willing to share the following data? No company names required....

- how large is your call center

- what is your service/product

- average number of days you experience for a one year time frame for absenteeism in your call center

- what do you consider absenteeism...illness, appointments, family emergencies.......


If you can help me out that would be greatly appreciated....
