Setting up a call center
Hi,
I'm work placing call centers, and if your goal is a grow of maximum 200 seats you can go throw a Soft PBX, this kind of technology gave you all the things you need for an Inbound center, PBX, ACD, Reports, Different queues. The thing is this PBX depend of windows, because is a server who make all the process. If you want a large center, go to the typical PBX with all the necessary accessories. Soft PBX that I kwon are Interactive Intelligence, Altigen and TeleVantage, I had work with the 3 and I prefer Interactive, is a very friendly software. And the typical PBX, well you can find Avaya, Ericsson, etc. For the IT depend what you need. Software and applications Send me an email I can help you by email if you want, the only thing is we are very far away. Regards Miguel |
