its an outbound center and the problem is my boss doesn't infore a structured working enviroment therefore the rest of the sups don't do their jobs which isn't fair on my employees because they don't get the attention they should since I am tied up trying to get our center running right. Basically I feel my job and work is a big joke and are performance shows it any suggestions on what I can do to fix it

So what is your position currently and how much influence do you have over the decisions that are made on the floor while you are working?

I am a supervisor
I believe everyone with a voice can influence things
Me I have the ear of the ccm (call center manager)but she works days her acm (assitant center manager) is not very active in making things better she tries but doesn't follow up I am in the process of making a plan and presentation to give to my ccm on why i should be acm but I feel I need to change some things like the lack of structure to make myself be more creditable
