Reducing Sick Leave
Hi
I was wondering if anyone has had any experience in implementing a "rewards system" for staff who do not take sick leave? If so how have you found the program, did sick leave reduce and what did staff think about the program. I am attending a meeting next week on the pros and cons of such a program and would welcome any feedback. Cheers Sue Australia

Reducing Sick Leave
We did put in an incentive. Ours was $50 for each month with perfect attendance. It didn't work. We just ended up paying the same employees who had excellent attendance already.
