Assessing stress level

I am stressed a lot.

I just took a stress test online and did not score very well. I am constantly stressed. Work, finances, living arrangement, loneliness, you name it. But I am coping, yet just existing really.

Let me know how the rest of you score. My results show me I need more time with family & friends - more "down time".

I gave the test it shows good results for me.
Results say although I am full of work still I can find little time for my self.

Thanks for the link-----i took the test and failed....majorly stressed. It reaffirmed what I already knew.
