Are Call Centers really as profitable as most people say?
Our Board has just recently approved a resolution to allocate some funds to be used to finance new projects/businesses. One of the proposals that we received is to put up a call center (a venture we are not familiar with) here in Manila, Philippines.
We have reviewed the proposal and have acsertained that the cost to set up is fairly reasonable. Our main concern now is the revenue/income projections presented in the proposal. With an ROI of 3 yrs, it seems too good to be true.
Does Call Centers really generate these huge profits? Does the demand for outsourcers really on the upswing?
Whats the best way to assure our investors that clients will do come in?
