CRM Which One's

I am venturing out to buy a CRM solution. Does anyone have an opinion of the 1000’s that are out there?
I am looking for my agents to log phone data as well as handle customer service e-mails.

Any suggestions would be great.

Thanks

There is no-one single solution one will be able to offer you based on the information you provided.

Because of the diversity between the solutions, one does need at least more information on:
- the requirements (need to haves)
- the want to haves
- budget
- expected call volumes
- etc.

Personally I would advice to get a system that is as easy as possible and that you can adjust to your specific wishes.

Maybe you should check out www.trinicom.nl/index_en.html because their website gives a good insight in what a contact center needs.
