I am new to the Workforce Planning enviroment and was looking for some good resources that I could use to assist me with forecasting call volume, AHT, absenteeism, etc. Does anyone have any great resources that they could refer me too. I'm looking for books, magazines, web sites, anything that would help me to learn more about forecasting and analyzing data.
