mentoring
Basically I am seeking some really good tips or advice on how to be a mentor for a incomming call center for internet tech support. So far i've only had experience with one agent, and hoped I had approached the instance correctly. Any advice would be helpful and would really enjoy making my skills as a mentor stronger.
