Advisor Incentive Program for Call Center Sales
Hello:
I'm looking for some assistance regarding advisor incentive programs for an inbound call center sales center.
I already have program in place (including risk/reward thresholds in the SLA), but I'm convinced that our current program is not driving the right performance (sales) or behavior (culture & attitude) to propel us to the next level.
All factors considered, I want to make sure I have a competitive program in place that generates favorable results and enables me to keep and attract above average talent.
With that said, does anyone know where I can find information (e.g. books, websites, articles, contacts, etc.) regarding incentive plans that I can use as reliable benchmarks?
I'm looking forward to any ideas or advice you may have.
