I am writing an article and I need case studies on allowing agents to work from home
Hello,
I am preparing an article on the pros and cons of allowing call center agents to work from home. I would greatly appreciate it if I could get case studies from companies that allow agents to work from home. Here is the type of information I am looking for: * How many total agents do you allow to work from home? * Has your company saved money by allowing agents to work from home? If yes, how much money is saved annually per agent? * Has your annual turnover decreased? If yes, by how much (percentage before and after allowing agents to work from home) * Has the quality of your agents improved by allowing agents to work from home? * Are work at home agents more productive then "in-house" agents? * Have your recruiting and training costs decreased by allowing agents to work from home? * How do you monitor work at home agents? * What are the advantages of allowing agents to work from home? * What are the disadvantages of allowing agents to work from home? Please email your answers to Pete Geisheker at peterg@callcentercareers.com. THANK YOU TO EVERYONE THAT PARTICIPATES!!! Best Regards, Peter C.
