I was just wondering if anyone knows any unions to contact. Our call center has become totally unbearable with all the unfair practices they have there and I need to contact a union but don't know where to start. Any information anyone could give me would be greatly appreciated.

with 15 million members in 900 unions.

UNI APRO Asia pasfic Region of UNI has initiated of organising the call center workers and has established call centre workers union in India with the Name of UNITES ( Union for ITES Professionals In India ) and has its chapters at New Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai & Cochin.
