Recruiting Courses

Why is it so difficult to find good Call Centre recruitment courses
for my recruiters. It seems they are either in the UK or
Australia. Can anyone help me in the US or Canada.

I have "how to" articles on Call Center Recruiting

Hello,

For courses on recruiting in the USA, the best training I know of is provided by AIRS (Advanced Internet Recruiting Strategies). http://airsdirectory.com/. I have written articles for AIRS on call center recruiting.

Another very good source for recruiting information is Electronic Recruiters Exchange: http://www.erexchange.com.

As I mentioned above, I have written 3 articles on call center recruiting for AIRS. If you (or any other companies) are interested in reading my articles, please email me at peterg@callcentercareers.com and I will email the articles to you.

Best wishes,

Pete Geisheker
