Trainer Interview

I HAVE TO APPEAR FOR AN INTERVIEW FOR A TRAINER'S JOB IN CALL CENTRE. I HAVE EXPERIENCE IN CALL CENTRE OPERATION FOR 4 YEARS. PLS HELP ME IN ANSWERING USUALLY ASKED QUESTIONS IN INTERVIEW.

Well, the basics apply: be confident, be honest. Don't show you're nervous. Appear interested in the position and the company. I think those are practical ways in getting one hired.

trainer interview

If you are going to apply for a position in learning and development (training) you need to understand the different styles of learning as well as have some basic understanding of adult learners. Another key point is most compaines have advanced to behavioral interviewing this will consist of questions that require you to tell a story in your answer to have a clear understanding of you personality profile. It would also be good to brush up on what is a behavior and how do you change behaviors via adult learing and appeal to all types of learners. I hope this helps.

Have at least 3 good questions typed up and bring them with you to the interview so as you do not forget! do not repeat questions that are asked as this is a known stall tactic. Body language says a lot during the interview. So have good posture lean in and make eye contact. Some of these are basic but get lost with some people.
