Seeking to be outsource service provider
We are a call center for a Hotel company and are seeking ways of increasing our business. One of the ways we are considering doing this is by becoming an outsource service provider during our Low Call Volume periods. Any ideas?

considerations
You will need to identify what you have to sell...how many seats, for how many hours, days, weks, months. What is the training and knowledge level of the staff? What technology is available and is it suitable for use by clients, etc.
Likely the biggest challenge is to gain management's committment and support for this. You will be in a situation where your own core service level will decline due to activities and call volume from a client. I hope that I have added value to this discussion if I can be of further assistance please email me at ctaylor@thetaylorreachgroup.com . Colin www.thetaylorreachgroup.com
