CS Manuals

Hello eveyone.

New member here and I was looking around the forums for some advice on how to put together a Customer Service Center Manual. We are starting a new music company that will be implementing a call center soon and I am in charge of putting a manual together. I have 7 years of CS expierience but have never done anything like this before. So I was hoping that someone might be able to provide or tell me where I could get a template for a basic customer service manual. As I havent had a manual in front of me in quite some time I cannot remember all that I would need to put down on paper.

Any and all help would be appreciated.
