Succesful Incentive Programmes
Hi,
I've seen that most Call Centre Agents doesn't stay too long at a Company before moving on. Incentive programmes are good and can help. Are there any of you that has implimented a successful programme. How about convincing the Board that they have to invest into this programme as its going to show a ROI. Thanks! ndtoit

We implemented a recognition program last year and it went very well. It has many levels and the year ended with an awards banquet. We didn't have much of a budget so we made every penny count but we invited key players (COO, CEO, etc.) and when they saw the response from the employees they committed to increasing funds for this year. The peer to peer recognition has probably given us the most bang for our buck. We do several incentive programs throughout the year but found that the recognition piece drives more motivation and enthusiam than the incentive program.
