Before you invest any money into the Call Centre technology, make sure you check out setting up a Virtual/Hosted Call Centre.

This works exactly like a premise based Call Centre, except you do not have the huge investment in the equipment (ACD/IVR, etc).

There are several companies that offer this technology in both USA and Canada.
