Help in locating call center
Hello,
I am hoping someone will be able to help me with an assignment I am working on. The company I work for is in need of 200 people who work from a call center and will work our chat phone lines. They would be dialing a toll free number and chatting (calls are routed to Europe) to people who call in to pay for chat service. In other words, they would be "fillers" -- there to ensure there are always people on the system with whom paying customers can chat. I am not familiar with call centers, so would very much appreciate recommendations from those of you in the industry who could also inform me as to whether this is something a call center would provide and put me in touch with one who would have enough staff to handle this. Please email me at matschmitz@aol.com with your exact needs (how much you are willing to spend per minute, hours of operations, technical level of the agents, whether the agents are "phone actors" or customer support reps, ect.) If your needs are a match with the company, I'll see if I can get the two of you together. I'm not usually a salesman on this board, but I hope I can help out... Our company actually provides the service that you are requesting. We have agents staffed who respond to inbound chat requests. Our phone switch routes the chat requests to available agents who have been trained in advance to provide support for your project. We can easily accomodate 200 people. We have 4 centers and 1500 agents who provide chat, as well as voice and e-mail response.
You would pay us for each chat session. The advantage for you is that you insure that there will always be agents available who are trained for your project and you will only pay for completed chat sessions. You minimize the risk you have now with uncertain volume. You also do not have a significant up front expense with the way you had described doing it your self.
