Email Service Standards

I'm looking to define Email Support Service Standards for a small inbound tech support team. I'm interested in knowing what the common service standard types and commitments are...The team that receives the inbound inquiry often relies on other departments for support to resolve issues so, I want to set this up fairly.

Any ideas?
