Excel Spreadsheets
I am looking for some new Excel spreadsheets. I can trade. I have tons of excel stuff that I can't use anymore. I have FCR pivot tables, AHT calculators, Agent metric sheets, daily and weekly reports, etc. Most of these have been used with data imported from Avaya Centeview Supervisor 12.0.

What type of spread sheets are you looking for? I don’t know if I have any you do not but shoot me an e-mail and we can compare. I have a few people on my team that are quite clever in excel and I myself am an excel buff. So maybe I have something. I am looking for an erlang c addin, I lost mine a year or so ago.

My current job function is a Reporting Analyst, which allows me to create new tracking measurements on a daily basis. I have created several customized templates and working models of various call center-reporting tools in an Excel format. I would love to discuss excel spreadsheets availble for Avaya CMS. I am new to Avaya and it's reporting. I find it not as user friendsly as Aspect. If anyone has Blue Pumpkin tools that will enhance the Director Professional version would benefit us as well.
