Waste Management
I need some feedback on how I might best communicate with citizens who will be losing the option of leaving VMs after hours and weekends to schedule bulk-pickup (limbs, refrigs, etc.). We have about 6 weeks to educate and market this change in service while plugging our on-line service request option.
