how do start with?

hi,
i've been in this industry for 2 yrs.planning to start a call center with 5 -10 seater .can anyone guide me how to go about it with that???

there are many aspects about call center ,in which aspect you want guidance ,in which country you are ,and at what stage you are right now .

I'm planning to start CC with customer support through voice.(Inbound/ Outbound). About the infrastructure i can manage myself. other than that i've no idea where to go about.

Hi Mrds,

You should give us more datails. Here are some questions that would welp us with an answer:

1. Do you need an automatic outbound now?
2. Do you plan to expand your CC?
3. Do you really need CC?
4. How may pilots you are going to have?
5. Do you need advanced call rooting software?
6. How much monney do you want to spend?
7. Do you want to have new system or you can have a used one?
8. Do you want to serve a comfortable job for your agents (big LCD on the phones, good headphones etc.)
9. How many ours per day are you going to work?
10. Do you need (in the future) to have several locations?
11. Where do you want to call (maby abroad).
EDIT: 12. What is your domestic country? Ok. I Know now.
