Call center services for a small ecommerce site

My friend is starting up an ecommerce site and wasn't thinking of offering a phone number for customers to call in and place orders due to the cost.

It was suggested to him that oursourcing might be a viable option. Since it is a small startup website he has no idea as to the number of calls he expects

Do call centers handle such a tiny operation? Are there any forums that review call centers?

Good day to you! I understand that setting-up for a phone service for people to order your services would cost too much. That is why teaming-up with a call center is going to be your best option. There are a lot of call centers active here in our country today and they are capable of handling big time calls to help cater the products of their client. Call centers here cater both inbound and outbound calls, some even do email and chats.
