Call Center Recruiting Workshops

Hello,

http://www.CallCenterCareers.com is researching the market interest for 1-day instructional workshops that teach call center recruitment/hiring strategies. In researching this opportunity, we would greatly appreciate it if you would answer a few questions for us:

1. Would you be interested in attending a workshop that teaches call center specific recruiting/hiring techniques?

2. What topics would you want the workshop to cover? Examples of workshop topics include: an overview of the recruitment process, where and how to advertise job openings, how to use skills assessment testing, interviewing techniques, employee reward programs, managing turnover, retention strategies, etc.

3. How far (miles) would you be willing to travel to attend a 1-day call center recruiting workshop?

4. How much would you be willing to pay to attend a 1-day recruiting workshop?

Thank you!
