Where can I find more information about the Pricing Policies of call centers? (e.g: Rate per Call Handled, Rate per minute...)

i'm not sure if this is what you're looking for but you can try to check the site and see. if you already found the answers to your question i hope you'll share them with me. we are also trying to start a call center and any information on pricing would be helpful. thanks.
