CC surfaces

Im in the midddle of a Call Center expansion. My question is what experience have you had with flooring surfaces with in your center.

I find that with the amount of traffic the center gets it very difficult to keep the center looking clean. I really do not like the idea of carpeting as it gets very dirty specially in the winter months.

I have toyed with the thought of doing a skid resistant concrete covering over the raw concrete.

What are you thoughts on this and do you feel it would have any drawbacks ?

thanks
