Hello
I got a oppurtunity to work as a trainer with a placement agency. I'll be workin there as a Voice and Accent Trainer. The problem I'm facing is that I've never done this job before. It's been a couple of days. I would like a comprehensive study about how I do this because I have to train people who are very raw. They know how to speak and they are good with their thought processes but they are scared. IN SHORT EVERYONE'S STORY BEFORE THEIR FIRST INTERVIEW IN A CALL CENTER. I get 30 days to train them and 3 hours a day. I need A to Z of this. Please help me with this!!
