How to decrease average wait time in Queue

Hi,

Can you please help me out how can i decrease the Average Wait time in Queue.

Hi,
You can IVR (Interactive Voice Response) in the same somputer generated voice will solve the few basic quarry on line it self so customer will not be needed to hold for very long. also you can setup a small team which can do cross sell or which can give general information about the product which your call center do offer to customer so customer will remain busy and less call are in que.
