Can you give clear picture of these?

(1) When do we use the word “do” and what is the meaning of “do”

(2) I am completely confused after reading too much about first, second and third person
(a) I, we, you, they, there hope first person
(b) He, she, it, this hope second person

For example (put the words in an order)
Your sister work where
Given answer is: where does your sister work?
But according to I, we, you, they rule
When we come across the word “you” or your
We should use “do” then why “does” is used here

(3) When do we use the word “doesn’t” and “hasn’t?”
Does and has comes in second person right
Where as have and do comes in first person

For example yes/no question
Has she got an oven?
No she doesn’t
No she hasn’t
Which one is correct?

(4) Difference between “a” and “the”
When do we use “a” and “the”

Please reply to

I will be waiting for the reply
Bye all of you

I am sorry but a simple email is not going to solve a language barrier; you need a language coach onsite to help you/your agents. It might cost you but it will be worth the money on the long run.
