Call center applications
Hi all....new to this board and to the call center industry. I am starting up a small call center for my company and luckily I found this message board. :)
I am looking to purchase a scripting/order entry software application and was hoping that you all might have suggestions or recommendations? I have already reviewed Digisoft and Syntelate, but I was hoping for a few more to look at. I would really appreciate any help. |

We are in the process of purchasing a new system and my advise is to look far and wide. Each system offers different benefits depending on what type of call center you are. This is a very competitive industry right now. I'd also look at SER, Concerto, Stratasoft, Noble, Amcat -- just to name a few.

We have a graphical workflow engine allowing developers as well as non-IT staff and business specialists to map business processes and to build an integrated enterprise the way the stakeholder community sees the organization. Send me an email, and I will send you some information.
