Hi!
I'm "almost" new in this job and I have to do a planning with a 4 people team, working 6 days a week, 38 hrs/week, except Sundays.
I have tried to do some planning, but I can't imagine how to distribute time for each agent. Could someone with experience help me, please?

Please be specific on the no. of working days for the team members, whether it is going to be a 5 working days or 6 working days? The operation time. Specific peak hrs/days where you required all 4 of them.

Coverage (Agent Availability) is your challenge. Have you forecasted any call volume? What are yur hours of operation? Lunches and breaks need to be considered as well.
