Disarray Help
Seems that there is a whole lot of confusion and OM'S just doing what they want since our site director resigned last month. You have some just changing agents schedule on their days off and not informing them about it then when they come into work telling them they have to leave because it's not the scheduled time to work. This just seems like a free for all at work now. Who does a coach turn to in times like this when you have 6 op's manager's there and none are on the same page?

Who do you turn to?
Usually a leader should step up to the challenge and try and negotiate their way back to order. It looks like you have 6 Ops managers with big Ego (which is never a good thing). The only Leader that i can see in this picture is is the parting director's boss; if they did not step up to the plate your company is in big trouble!
