Help in locating private call-centers
Hi
Our company has just completed developing a natural conversation product which can handle 30% of the calls automatically Our system gives a much better caller experience than current ASR systems. We are looking for two medium sized call centers for a pilot in the greater NYC area that meet the following: 100 - 1000 ports Do their own integration Have a well defined conversation context (< 5000 word vocabulary) Are willing to try out new technologies. Our system can be added on to existing solutions (dialog/ NMS/ Nuance/ Speechworks) or existing IVR's using an NT4 / W2K platform. Any pointers on how I can obtain a list of call centers would be helpful Thanks in Advance Ariem@polyinformation.com
