Weekend Differential & Floating Holidays
My company has a call center of about 800 employees. We are a 24X7 operation. In order to attract and retain call center employees, we are looking at offering weekend differential and floating holidays. Can you tell me if you offer this at your company and some of the details? (e.g., how much differential?, only for Sunday or Saturday too?, how many floating holidays?, etc). Thanks in advance.
