Hi Rachana,

we staff about 2000 agents within TotalView from IEX. I'm pleased with this package both for forecasting and scheduling.

Other packages around are:

Aspect E-wfm
Blue Pumpkin
Teleopti
Invision

Dear Rachna,

I have used both Aspect eWFM and Total View IEX as an administrator and an end user and my experience says that both the tools include almost all the required features of a good WFM software.
Normally you see three different things in a WFM software. Forecasting/Scheduling ; Real Time Management and Intra Day Reporting. The above mentioned softwares are equally good on all the three interfaces but to make your decision easy I can comment that eWFM has a better user interface regarding Forecasting/Scheduling and IEX has an edge on Real Time Management and Intra day reporting.

I would suggest that you should take a decision depending upon your requirement as an end user and utility of the business. Please feel free to revert incase of any queries.
