In need of Information on how to write Scripting
I am in need of help (books, video, software, etc...) no suggestion ignored.
I am needing to put together scripting for a small incoming call customer service contact center. (It more a reception center 12-18 employees) answering incoming calls and how and where to transfer and how to provide excellent customer service..I need to write up some good scripts (generic) on how to handle certain calls and callers. Please help. |
