In need of Information on how to write Scripting

I am in need of help (books, video, software, etc...) no suggestion ignored.

I am needing to put together scripting for a small incoming call customer service contact center. (It more a reception center 12-18 employees) answering incoming calls and how and where to transfer and how to provide excellent customer service..I need to write up some good scripts (generic) on how to handle certain calls and callers. Please help.

Scripting

Marioaz,

If you need any additional help with scripting, I would be happy to help. It sounds like your situation is very similar to mine (size of your call center and the current state of your technology) and I just got finished deploying an entire scripting module for my call center.
