I need help on this one...

I've been tasked with the following:
Review leave as it is, enhance or re-vamp our call centers dress code policy!!!
Here are the details -
1,110 associates - all ages as well as diversities
Currently have a policy stating no tshirts unless company tshirts, hats same
Sneakers, sandals fine
Collared shirts but jeans ok shorts are a consideration - we're in the south US
No facial piercings
I think you get the picture, what I would like is info such as above if you could - I'm really at a loss for where else to search for comparables.
