Training manual templates
I am in the process of transforming a customer service department into a 24/7 call center setting. There have been no consistencies with customers plus there have been no consistencies with our internal operations either. One of the first things I have noticed is there is no definitive training manual for our team. Would anyone have a template they would be willing to share? Or, have you seen any good training manual templates out there and could suggest one? Thanks again for your help in advance.
