Quality Teams
Hello,
When implementing a quality monitoring team what reporting structure is most common? Do they generally report to the business unit (operation) or to another area such as training, organizational development etc. Thanks for your thoughts or experiences... |

From my experience the practice was to have all reporting directed to Ops who in turn, either worked with, or oversaw the training department. But it is important that both the Ops and Training department be included in all reporting as to have a very clear line of communication.
