Advice on a pager
I have a new inhouse IT person who is a very heavy sleeper (only when at home - I promise that he doesn't sleep at work!). When we need him during his off hours, traditional pagers and phones do not wake him up. Any suggestions? (He is newly graduated, so has not had to address this problem in any previous jobs.)
