Call Center Operations Management
ive had 2 years experience in the industry with both outbound and inbound, have worked as a supervisor. now ive suddenly found an opportunity where i have to manage a whole call center (20-25 seats). i would like some1 experienced to tell me exactly all the things and processes that i might need to look into. any suggestions would be more than welcome.
