Help! I'm on the other side of the spectrum!

Hello,

I'm in a little bit of a different place. I am a Travel Agent, I work with local (Orlando, FL) Resorts and produce and market vacation packages. I have a very good package right now and have been working with a very small call center. The problem is having a center is like running TWO different businesses. Very time consuming to say the least. I am a full service agent so I typical spend my days in meetings at Resorts, researching tours and talking with clients. The time (AND MONEY) I have spent recruiting, hiring, training, and trying to maintain employees has been a waste. I am really wanting to find a call center to work with that is located in a better area (Very saturated here so we are having 'stolen deal' syndrome). Since this is my name, reputation, and insurance we are not willing to outsource Verification. I'm just not certain of a few things. #1 how much is the average pay for an outside telemarketing firm (Inbound/Outbound your prefrence) and #2 any advice that anyone has out there.. you can email or please leave your 2 cents. I have the opportunity to have a very profitable contract with my resort but it's stuck on the presses. YIKES
