5 days working culture
We had a forum with our higher management and we asked them to convert into a 5 days a week programme instead of working with 6 days. Now, they have asked for Cost and Benefit Analysis to present in front of them to convince tnat we are not losing at any point. So guide us what all case study should be presented to get this done.
