better go to eastern and central europe
for example CC agents wages equals $1.5-$3 per hour in Poland wages of cc technicans or compyter scientist are about $5 per hour it's easier to get there the country is not so exotic for foreigners there a lot of students and people with a high degree of speaking english fluently i know few US BPO's in Poland which are very profitable and a lot of German profitable BPO's

China is no competition to India
Hi,
I think China is good but not in competition compared to India. Well if you say that it IS the next destination to BPO, I would still say no. The accents of english speaking people at China are very strong and very difficult to modulate. Also, looking geographically India being a penninsular country, cabling is far easier But China's hemisphere does not allow it. By the way are you looking for outsourcing any business outside, If yes feel free to write to me at falakmohammed@rediffmail.com. Cheers Falak |
