Long-term planning
I'm with a company that provides a tool for long-term (weekly, monthly, yearly) staff and budget planning to contact centers. We're constantly looking for ways to enhance the system, and I was wondering if there were any long-term planners out there that might want to view a web demo of the system and give feedback?
