Workforce Management training

For one of our planners I'm looking for a training on Call Center Management, focussing on Workforce Management. Location preferably in the UK or any other northern European country. Training should be in English or French. Any ideas or recommendations are greatly appreciated.

Hello friend,
Call centre management has now become a popular course..So I don't think that you will find difficulty in finding it's training.
There are many popular online sites like (the-resource-center.com/),(contactcentrejobs.co.uk/)..where you will get relevant information about this course,my sister told me about some good sites as she was also interested in this field..At present I don't remember all.
So you can check it may be you will get some thing there.

Regards,
Nelson
